Collection and use of your information

Applicant data is collected when an individual applies for a current or future job opportunity. We also use Google Analytics to track applicant usage on our Career Portal  –  We do not share your information with any third party vendors but we may ask you to share information directly with a third party for a background check if you become a candidate. They have a separate privacy policy. Please ensure that you have read and accept all applicable privacy policies.

The information you provide us, and that which we gather based on your activity, is to help you with job opportunities. It also helps us improve your experience when using our careers page. This includes information such as how you use our website, the frequency with which you access our website and the times that our website is most popular.

The information we collect is meant to help us with:

  • The assessment of skills and capabilities on your CV/Resume against current and future job opportunities
  • The determination of the effectiveness of our recruitment sources
  • We also use your information for market availability analysis
  • To better develop our sites and applications in accordance with your requirements

Transfer of personal data overseas

As the internet is a global environment, collecting and processing personal information may involve the transmission of this data internationally, including outside of the European Union. Therefore, by communicating electronically with us you acknowledge and agree to your personal data being processed in this way.

How long do we retain your data?

  • We retain applicant and candidate files for up to 6 years
  • Files that have reached their 6 year term are purged twice a year on a 6 month basis
